摘 要:高校教师作为学生步入社会前的领航人,肩负着传授专业知识、培养人才的重任,高校教师的政治素质和职业道德直接关系着大学生的思政教育。教学是高校教师工作的核心,其水平直接决定人才培养质量,教学中体现的教学道德,同样影响着学生的道德思想教育和专业教育。但当前高校教学道德实践中还存在道德活动缺乏,道德建设内容简单,道德建设意识薄弱等现实困境,应进一步引导高校教师的教学道德建设,优化教学道德修养和加强教学道德创新,从而整体提升高校教师教学道德。College teachers as students into the community before the navigator,shoulder the responsibility of teaching professional knowledge,training talents,college teachers’political quality and professional ethics are directly related to the ideological and political education of college students.Teaching is the core of teachers’work in colleges and universities,and its level directly determines the quality of talent training.The teaching ethics embodied in teaching also affects students’moral and ideological education and professional education.However,there are still some practical dilemmas such as lack of moral activities,simple content of moral construction and weak consciousness of moral construction in the current teaching moral practice in colleges and universities.It is necessary to further guide the teaching moral construction of college teachers,optimize the teaching moral cultivation and strengthen the innovation of teaching moral,so as to improve the teaching moral of college teachers as a whole.
