摘  要:多功能运输车是一种用于运输公路货车和集装箱的新型关节式铁路专用货车,我国第一代QT1型、QT2型公铁驮背运输专用车的成功研制填补了公铁联运作业方式的空白。多功能运输车凹底架作为主要的承载件,结构复杂,产品制造中根据技术要求和结构特点系统地编制制造工艺,对钢结构的重难点进行工艺分析,制定相应的工艺措施,严格控制组装过程中制定的技术标准。“以装备保工艺、以工艺保质量”为制造原则,采用模块化组装方法,保证了凹底架钢结构制造工艺能力,产品质量达到了预期效果。本研究成果对加快推动铁路驮背运输发展、指导多功能运输车凹底架批量生产及工艺设计具有一定的参考价值。The multi-purpose transport vehicle is a new type of articulated railway special truck used for transporting road trucks and containers.The successful development of our country’s first-generation QT1 and QT2 road-rail piggyback transport vehicles has filled the gap of road-rail combined transportation.The concave bottom frame of the multi-purpose transport vehicle is the main bearing member,and the structure is complex.In product manufacturing,the manufacturing process should be systematically compiled according to the technical requirements and structural characteristics,the process analysis should be carried out on the major and difficult points of the steel structure,the corresponding process measures should be formulated,and the technical standards formulated during the assembly process should be strictly controlled.Based on the manufacturing principle of equipment technology and technology quality,modular assembly method is adopted to ensure the manufacturing process capability of steel structure of concave bottom frame,and the product quality achieves the expected effect.The research results have certain reference value for accelerating the development of railway piggyback transportation,guiding the mass production and process design of the concave bottom frame of multi-functional transport vehicles.
