摘　　要：本文主要针对公路建设项目合同管理进行研究,从合同动员预付款的支付、变更费用的使用、合同相关法律法规的制定、合同制定者的法律意识、合同模式以及合同条款的严格性六个方面分析了当前公路建设项目合同中存在的问题。通过对上述问题的分析,从市场经济的发展和繁荣对合同管理的新要求、合同管理对工程质量的重要影响、公路建设市场发展的特点以及市场合同的效益要点四个方面,阐述了合同管理对工程质量的重要影响,结合公路工程建设的特点和施工单位的工作要点,提出了完善合同条款、明确合同责任、增加合同形式等建议,可以促进公路工程建设市场的健康发展。This paper mainly studies the highway construction project contract management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current highway construction project contract from six aspects,such as the payment of the contract mobilization advance,the use of the alteration cost,the formulation of the relevant laws and regulations of the contract,the legal consciousness of the contract maker,the contract model and the strictness of the contract terms.Through the analysis of the above problems,from the development and prosperity of the market economy to the new requirements of contract management,the important influence of contract management on engineering quality,the characteristics of the development of the highway construction market and the key points of the benefit of the market contract,this paperexpounds the important influence of the contract management on the engineering quality,and connecting with the characteristics of the highway engineering construction and the working points of the construction units,advances some suggestions on perfecting the terms of the contract,clarifying the responsibilities of the contract,increasing the form of the contract,to promote the healthy development of highway engineering construction market.
