摘　　要：党和国家十九大以来做出实施乡村振兴战略的重大决策,地处豫西南、豫鄂陕三省交界的南阳市积极响应,全面谋划和布局贴合南阳区域地方特点的乡村振兴战略。本文以高校视角为观察点,从南阳市乡村振兴战略依托跨境电商外贸业的发展现状出发,探讨和论证跨境电商外贸业与乡村振兴的密切联系,深入调研人才培养单位和用人企业,从而全面得出区域范围内跨境电商外贸专业人才需求的真实现状,进一步完善和构建高度契合区域行业产业需求的人才培养模式。Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC and the State,Nanyang City,which is located at the junction of southwest Henan,,Hubei and Shanxi provinces,has made a major decision to implement the rural revitalization strategy.Nanyang City has responded positively and comprehensively planned and laid out the rural revitalization strategy that conforms to the local characteristics of Nanyang region.From the perspective of colleges and universities,this paper discusses and demonstrates the close relationship between cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade industry and rural revitalization.From the perspective of Nanyang’s rural revitalization strategy,relying on the development status of cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade industry,the author has conducted in-depth research on talent training units and employment enterprises,so as to fully understand the real situation of the demand for cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade professionals in the region,We will further improve and build a talent training model that highly meets the needs of regional industries.
