摘 要:针对电励磁双凸极电机(doubly salient electro-magnetic motor,DSEM)运行时存在的转矩脉动问题,提出1种九状态转矩闭环控制策略。该控制策略基于实际非线性电感模型,通过在电机反电势过零点进行状态切换,抑制由电流续流引起的换相转矩脉动,并在各相反电势负过零点附近区域引入传统的两相导通模态,以增加电机出力。分析DSEM在各个模态下相电流、转矩输出的变化特性,基于占空比分析论证所提控制策略的可行性,并总结换相角度对控制策略的影响。最后,通过实验验证所提控制策略能够有效抑制电机转矩脉动,具有良好的动态性能以及较高的转矩电流比。Aiming at the torque ripple problem of doubly salient electro-magnetic motor(DSEM)during operation,this paper proposes a nine-state torque closed-loop control strategy.On the basis of the actual nonlinear inductance model,the control strategy performs state switching at the zero-crossing point of the back electromotive force of the motor to suppress commutation torque ripple caused by current freewheeling.In addition,a traditional two-phase conduction mode is inserted near the negative zero-crossing point of each back EMF to increase the motor output.This paper analyzes the change characteristics of the phase current and torque output of the DSEM in each mode,and demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed control strategy based on the duty cycle analysis.Meanwhile,the influence of the commutation angle on the control strategy is summarized.Finally,through experiment,this paper verifies that the proposed control strategy can effectively suppress the motor torque ripple and has great dynamic performance and high torque-ampere ratio.
