摘 要:磁心损耗的精确测量具有重要工程应用价值和理论意义。本文主要基于直流功率法原理测量磁性元件磁心损耗。空心电感损耗仅是可精确测量的具有线性性质的绕组损耗,因此本文利用空心电感作为定标电感校验测量装置损耗,同时利用空心电感验证建立的测量装置的测量精度,结果表明测量装置测量空心电感损耗的最大相对误差为13.9%,其可精确测量磁性元件磁心损耗。Accurate measurement of core loss has important engineering application value and theoretical signifi canceThis paper mainly measures the core loss of magnetic components based on the principle of DC power meth od.Aircore inductance loss is only a linear winding loss that can be accurately measuredTherefore,this paper uses aircore inductance as the calibration inductance to check the loss of measuring device,and at the same time,the aircore inductance is used to verify the measurement accuracy of the established measuring device.The results show that the maximum relative error of measuring aircore inductance loss is 139%,which can accurately measure the core loss of magnetic components.
