基层国库应急机制建设中存在的问题及建议

摘　　要：国库应急机制建设是人民银行防范化解重大风险工作的重要组成部分,也是整个金融应急管理体系的重要一环。在国库信息化背景下,基层国库因人员配置不足、业务能力薄弱等因素,应急管理工作面临较多问题。本文对基层国库在应急机制建设中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相关建议。Treasury emergency mechanism construction is an important part of the People's Bank of China to prevent and defuse major risks,but also an important part of the whole fi nancial emergency management system.Under the background of Treasury informatization,the grass-roots Treasury faces many problems in emergency management due to insuffi cient personnel allocation,weak business ability and other factors.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of emergency mechanism of grass-roots Treasury and puts forward relevant suggestions.
