自拟中药鼻腔冲洗液用于鼻内镜术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探索及阐述自拟中药鼻腔冲洗液在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后术腔黏膜修复中可能起到的促进修复、缩短病程的良性干预作用。方法收集我科自2019年1月~2021年6月收治的156例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎病例,将上述病例随机分为两组,一组应用自拟中药鼻腔冲洗液用于鼻内镜术后术腔冲洗作为试验组,另一组予以生理盐水冲洗作为对照组,随访3个月,观察两组病例术后术腔黏膜的修复情况以对比两组药物的疗效。结果试验组(中药治疗组)应用自拟中药鼻腔冲洗液做术后术腔冲洗,总有效率明显高于对照组。结论应用自拟中药鼻腔冲洗液做鼻内镜术后术腔冲洗,能有效改善术腔黏膜微循环,起到缩短黏膜上皮化时间,促进黏膜修复再生的作用。Objective To explore and explain the benign intervention role of TCM nasal flushing fluid in the repair of cavity mucosa after endoscopic surgery of chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 156 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to our department from January 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:one group was treated with self-prepared traditional Chinese medicine nasal rinsing solution for postoperative nasal endoscopic cavity irrigation as the experimental group,and the other group was treated with normal saline irrigation as the control group.The follow-up period was 3 months.The postoperative mucosal repair of the two groups was observed to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(TCM treatment group)was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of TCM nasal irrigation for postoperative nasal endoscopy can effectively improve nasal mucosa microcirculation,shorten mucosal epithelial time and promote mucosa repair and regeneration.
