摘　　要：中共六大以后,周恩来回到上海,实际上成为中共中央的主要负责人。他高度关注朱毛红军的状况,代表中共中央给红四军连续写了三封信,对红四军的内部争论、朱毛关系及制定《古田会议决议》产生了重要影响。在历经中共六届三中、四中全会遭遇后,周恩来到中央苏区履职,攻打赣州之挫和攻取漳州之捷,使周恩来对毛泽东的军事战略诚服,周毛关系发生重大变化。在宁都会议上,周恩来成为多重矛盾的聚焦点。此次会议致使毛泽东处境更加困难,也对周毛关系产生了重要影响。在指挥第四次反“围剿”战争过程中,周恩来始终坚持正确的战略指导方针和战术运用,取得了比前三次反“围剿”战争更大的胜利,既使中央苏区和中华苏维埃共和国的发展达到鼎盛,也使其个人在中央苏区的业绩达到辉煌。After the Sixth National Congress of the CPC,Zhou Enlai returned to Shanghai and actually became the main person in charge of the Central Committee of the CPC.He paid close attention to the situation of the Red Army of Zhu De and Mao Zedong,wrote three letters to the Fourth Red Army on behalf of the Central Committee of the CPC,which had an important impact on the internal debate of the Fourth Red Army,the relationship between Zhu De and Mao Zedong,and the formulation of the Resolution of the Gutian Conference.After experiencing the encounter of the third and fourth Plenary Sessions of the Sixth Central Committee of the CPC,Zhou Enlai went to the Central Soviet Area to fulfill his duties.The defeat of attacking Ganzhou and the victory of capturing Zhangzhou made Zhou Enlai sincerely convinced Mao Zedong's military strategy,and the relationship between Zhou Enlai and Mao Zedong underwent significant changes.At the Ningdu Conference,Zhou Enlai became the focus of multiple contradictions.This meeting made Mao Zedong's situation even more difficult and had a significant impact on his relationship with Zhou Enlai.In the whole process of commanding the fourth counter campaign against "encirclement and suppression",Zhou Enlai always adhered to the correct strategic guidelines and tactical application,and achieved greater victory than the previous three campaigns.It not only brought the development of the Central Soviet Area and the Chinese Soviet Republic reached their peak,but also made his personal achievements in the Central Soviet Area were very brilliant.
