摘 要:聚四氟乙烯、碳纤维和石墨烯复合增强型聚醚醚酮(PEEK-FC30)作为潜在的人工关节摩擦副,其生物摩擦学特性有待进一步探究。在小牛血清润滑条件下评估PEEK-FC30配副四种常用医用合金[钴基合金21(S21)、钴基合金22(S22)、不锈钢(316L)和钛合金(TC4)]的摩擦学特性。此外,探讨了金属表面粗糙度与硬度对聚合物配副磨损量与磨损机理的潜在影响。研究发现,金属表面粗糙度和金属表面硬度对PEEK-FC30磨损量均无显著影响。PEEKFC30配副四种金属均存在多向划痕、凹坑和基体塑性形变等现象,这表明其主要磨损机制为纤维脱落、断裂及三体颗粒导致的磨粒磨损。此外,四种金属均产生了质量损失,其中TC4氧化膜由于脆性导致其磨损量显著。四种金属表面均存在着多向划痕,未发现聚合物转移层。总体而言,钴基合金的硬度较大、耐划伤及耐腐蚀性能高,配副PEEKFC30时的摩擦学性能更优异,具有作为人工关节摩擦副材料的潜力。Polytetrafluoroethylene,carbon fiber and graphene composite reinforced polyether-ether-ketone(PEEK-FC30)is a potential friction pair for artificial joints,and its biological tribological properties need to be further investigated.The tribological properties of PEEK-FC30 mating with four common medical alloys[Stellite 21(S21),Stellite 22(S22),Stainless steel(316L)and Titanium alloy(TC4)]were evaluated under the condition of bo-vine serum lubrication.In addition,the potential effects of metal surface roughness and hardness on the wear amount and wear mechanism of polymer pairs were discussed.It is found that the surface roughness and surface hardness of metal have no significant effect on the wear amount of PEEK-FC30.The four metals of PEEK-FC30 are all characterized by multi-directional scratches,pits,and plastic deformation of matrix,which indicate that the main wear mechanism is fiber shedding and fracture,and abrasive wear causes by third-body debris.In addition,all the four metals have mass loss,and the brittleness of TC4 oxide film leads to significant wear.Multi-directional scratches are found on the metal surface without the formation of polymer transfer film.In general,cobalt-based alloy has high hardness,scratch resistance and corrosion resistance and has better tribological properties when paired with PEEK-FC30,which has the potential to be used as friction pair materials for artificial joints.
