摘 要:以1,3-二烯丙基-5,5-二甲基海因(DADMH)为改性剂制备了新型双马来酰亚胺树脂体系低聚物(BDD),旨在通过加入改性剂改善体系的耐热性及热力学性能。通过差示扫描量热法对BDD体系进行了固化动力学分析,结果表明,DADMH含量较低且在升温速率(β)较大时出现了三重峰,这可能是由于高温段发生了双马来酰亚胺的自固化反应。通过分析在不同β下的固化度(α)曲线得出,β越大,反应时间越短。α随时间的增加而迅速增大。运用Kissinger和Ozawa两种方法测定了BDD体系的反应活化能(Ea),得出第三放热峰的Ea最大,且仅在DADMH含量较低、β较快时出现。通过动态热机械分析法得出,改性剂的加入使得固化物在高温下(310℃)的储能模量提高,从251.5 MPa上升到了321.6 MPa,提升了将近28%。在高温段DADMH的加入表现出了良好的热力学性能,且使玻璃化转变温度有小幅提高,对材料热性能有积极作用。A novel bismaleimide imide resin system oligomer(BDD)was prepared with 1,3-diallyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin(DADMH)as modifier,aiming to improve the heat resistance and thermo mechanical properties of the system.The curing kinetics of BDD system was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry.The results show that when the content of DADMH is low and the heating rate(β)is high,a triple peak appears,which may be attributed to the self curing reaction of bismaleimide at high temperature.By analyzing the curing degree(α)curves at differentβ,it can be concluded that the higher theβ,the shorter the reaction time.Theαrapidly increases with time.The activation energy(Ea)of the BDD system is measured using Kissinger and Ozawa methods,and it has been found that the Ea of the third exothermic peak is the highest and only appears when the DADMH content is low and the heating rate is fast.Through dynamic thermal mechanical analysis,it is found that the addition of modifiers improve the storage modulus of the cured product at high temperatures(310℃),increasing from 251.5 MPa to 321.6 MPa,an increase of nearly 28%.Through the testing analysis,it is found that the addition of DADMH in the high-temperature range exhibited good thermal mechanical properties,and the addition of modifiers slightly increases the glass transition temperature,which has a positive effect on the thermal properties of the material.
