摘 要:由于废旧轮胎胶粉(GTR)可以有效缓解聚氨酯(PUR)弹性体的动态生热,以聚己内酯二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,4-丁二醇和GTR为原料,原位合成了低动态生热PUR/GTR弹性体,研究了GTR粒径对PUR/GTR弹性体力学性能、动态力学性能以及动态流变性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着GTR粒径的减小,PUR/GTR弹性体的动态生热指数(DHGI)先降低而后缓慢升高;当GTR平均粒径为180μm时,PUR/GTR弹性体的DHGI为0.60,较纯PUR降低了约53.13%,有效改善了PUR弹性体的动态生热。X射线光电子能谱结果表明,由于PUR/GTR弹性体相界面处存在氨基甲酸酯键化学键连接,致使其拉伸强度得到了较大的提升,采用平均粒径180μm的GTR制备的PUR/GTR弹性体的拉伸强度较纯PUR的提升了约63.60%。另外,动态流变性能研究结果表明,GTR颗粒以网络状均匀分布在PUR基体相中,使PUR基体相的微相分离程度有所降低。Based on the fact that ground tire rubber(GTR)can effectively alleviate the dynamic heat generation of polyurethane(PUR)elastomer,the PUR/GTR elastomer with the low dynamic heat generation was successfully synthesized,PUR/GTR was synthesized in situ with the polycaprolactone glycol,diphenylmethane diisocyanate,1,4-butanediol and GTR as raw materials,and the effect of particle size of GTR on the mechanical property,dynamic mechanical property and dynamic rheological property of PUR/GTR elastomers were also investigated.The results show that the dynamic heat generation index(DHGI)of PUR/GTR elastomers first decreases and then slowly increases with the particle size of GTR decreasing.When the average particle size of GTR is 180μm,the DHGI of PUR/GTR elastomer is 0.60,which is reduced by approximately 53.13%compared to pure PUR effectively improves the dynamic heat generation of PUR elastomer.The results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)also show that the carbamate chemical bond connection exists at the interface of PUR/GTR elastomer,resulting in a significant increase in its tensile strength.Therefore,the tensile strength of the PUR/GTR elastomer prepared with the average particle size of GTR being 180μm is about 63.60%higher than that of pure PUR.Additionally,the results of dynamic rheological performance indicate that GTR particles are uniformly distributed in the PUR matrix phase via a network,which reduce the degree of microphase separation of the PUR matrix.
