摘  要:基于当前木塑复合材料(WPC)最终产物难以降解的问题,对可降解WPC进行研究,围绕可降解WPC的合成、性质和改性进行了讨论。着重介绍了以环保型可降解塑料聚乳酸、聚碳酸亚丙酯和聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二酯为基体的可降解WPC存在的问题,综述了可降解WPC的改性方法,认为应从环保角度出发进行改性;提出对比传统WPC,可降解WPC可以在功能化材料方向大放异彩;共挤压技术和发泡技术可有效降低可降解WPC的成本;将3D打印技术应用于可降解WPC中,可提供个性化的设计和独特的外观。Based on the problem that the final products of wood-plastic composites(WPC)are difficult to degrade,the degradable WPC was studied,and the synthesis,properties and modification of degradable WPC were mainly discussed.The existing problems of degradable WPC based on environmentally friendly degradable plastics polylactic acid,poly(propylene carbonate)and poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)were emphatically introduced.The modification methods of degradable WPC were reviewed.It was considered that the modification should be carried out from the perspective of environmental protection.Compared with traditional WPC,degradable WPC can shine in the direction of functional materials.Co-pressure technology and foaming technology can effectively reduce the cost of degradable WPC.The application of 3D printing technology in degradable WPC provides personalized design and unique appearance.
