摘 要:业态的混合布局是高品质城市空间发展不可避免的趋势,这种混合现象逐渐由二维平面转向三维垂直空间。文章从三维空间混合的角度研究城市业态的混合特征,并对发展成熟的城市中心区进行实例研究。首先基于网络爬取结合实地调研获取的北京西单中心区POI业态数据,利用ArcGIS软件构建业态密度立方体,分析业态在二维平面以及三维空间上的混合布局特征;其次,根据信息熵在土地混合利用中的计算方法,提出计算楼宇业态混合程度的公式,运用Python、SPSS等数据统计软件,对中心区内符合业态混合条件的楼宇进行业态混合程度量化,分析业态在城市中心区三维空间上的混合变化规律以及浅析产生这种变化的原因。研究旨在从业态三维混合的角度探寻一种新的智慧城市可持续发展模式,为有限土地利用条件下城市中心区的集约化发展作贡献。The evolution towards a mixed layout of formats is an inevitable trend in the advancement of high-quality urban space.This phenomenon is gradually transitioning from a two-dimensional plane to a three-dimensional vertical space.This study proposes a quantitative method to scrutinize the blend of three-dimensional space formats inside buildings,utilizing Beijing's Xidan central business district as a case study.Initially,based on the point of interest(POI) format data,a field investigation of the central area was conducted,leading to the collection of real format data from Beijing's Xidan central business district.Utilizing ArcGIS software,the authors constructed format density cubes to visually examine the mixed layout characteristics of formats in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional spaces.Building on this,following the calculation method of information entropy in the mixed use of land,the authors propose a formula for computing the degree of format mixing.By using data statistics software like Python and SPSS,the authors quantified the degree of format mixing in buildings within the central area that meet the mixedformat conditions.The purpose of this is to analyze the f luctuation pattern of format status in the city center's three-dimensional space and to discern the reasons behind these fluctuations.This research aspires to discover a novel sustainable development model for smart cities from the perspective of format conditions,thereby contributing to the intensive development of urban central areas under restricted utilization conditions.
