摘 要:滑板作为高铁受电弓的关键部分,必须具备耐摩擦、高导电性、不易电腐蚀、抗冲击的条件,而碳素材料除了具备以上条件外,还拥有质量轻、自润滑、耐高温的优点,碳素材料是推动受电弓滑板广泛应用的关键。重点阐述了碳素材料在高铁受电弓滑板应用中的研究现状,以及应用中面临的挑战,并对碳素材料在高铁受电弓滑板的应用作出了展望,为受电弓滑板的制造提供参考。As a key part of the pantograph of high-speed railway,the strip must have the conditions of friction resistance,high conductivity,electric-corrosion resistance and impact resistance.In addition to the above conditions,carbon materials also have the advantages of light weight,self-lubrication and high temperature resistance.Therefore,the application of carbon materials is the key to promote the wide application of pantograph strip.In this paper,the research status of carbon materials in the application of pantograph strip was reviewed,and the challenges faced by carbon materials in the application of pantograph strip were prospected,which provided a reference direction for the manufacturing of pantograph strip.
