摘  要:EVA乳液本身具有成膜效应与黏结作用,但添加EVA乳液易造成砂浆抗压强度降低。EVA乳液延缓水泥水化,降低水泥砂浆抗压强度。选择EVA乳液与高强水泥砂浆配制聚合物砂浆,以高强水泥砂浆为空白样品,对4种不同聚灰比(1%、2%、5%、10%)的砂浆进行试验研究。结果发现:随聚灰比增加,EVA乳液对水泥砂浆性能影响越显著。当聚合物砂浆黏结抗拉强度及抗渗性能满足要求时,应尽量降低EVA乳液用量。EVA emulsion has film forming effect and bonding effect,but the compressive strength of polymer mortar with EVA emulsion is relatively low.It delays cement hydration and reduces the compressive strength of cement mortar.In this paper,EVA emulsion and high strength cement mortar were selected to prepare polymer mortar,and the high strength cement mortar was taken as blank sample,and four kinds of mortar with different polymer-cement ratios(1%,2%,5%,10%)were tested.The results show that with the increase of polymer-cement ratio,EVA has more significant influence on the properties of cement mortar.When the bond tensile strength and impermeability of polymer mortar meet the requirements,the amount of EVA emulsion should be reduced as far as possible.
