摘  要:研究了热塑性酚醛树脂增粘剂对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶料和机车车辆制动软管外胶层性能的影响。结果表明:随着增粘剂添加量的增加,EPDM胶料与聚酯线绳的粘合强度增大,EPDM胶料的物理机械性能和耐热氧老化性能则先增大后减小。增粘剂可以提高制动软管外胶层与骨架层的粘合强度,但当添加量增加至10份时会降低外胶层的耐臭氧性能。The effect of thermoplastic phenolic resin tackifier on the properties of EPDM rubber compound and outer rubber layer of brake hose was studied.The results showed that the adhesive strength of EPDM rubber and polyester fiber line increased with the increase of the amount of tackifier,while their physical and mechanical properties and the thermal oxygen aging resistance of EPDM rubber increased first and then decreased.The tackifier could improve the adhesion strength between the outer rubber layer and the skeleton layer of the brake hose.However,it would reduce the ozone resistance of the outer rubber layer,when the amount reached 10 phr.
