摘 要:随着新型复合地板平车的研发与应用,有必要对复合地板摩阻性能开展研究与试验。对某新型铁路平车复合材料地板与木地板进行摩阻性能对比冲击试验,以被试货物——钢板为例,将试验数据进行拟合,得到钢板冲击位移与冲击速度的关系,对比分析在相同冲击速度下平车木地板和复合地板的冲击位移差异。基于实际冲击试验,提出一种模拟该试验的仿真分析方法,通过建立车辆、缓冲器、货物等的动力学仿真模型,模拟冲击试验过程,根据仿真试验得到货物在不同装载工况下的冲击位移,推算出货物和木地板、复合地板之间的等效摩擦系数。仿真结果表明:仿真数据与试验拟合值具有较高的相符性,提出的冲击试验仿真分析方法与模型可为今后平车地板摩阻性能的研究与试验提供借鉴。With the development and application of the new flatcar composite floor,it is necessary to study and test its friction performance.A comparative impact test of friction performance between a new composite floor and wood floor was carried out.Taking steel plate as an example,the test data were fitted to obtain the relationship between steel plate impact displacement and impact velocity,and the impact displacement difference between wood floor and composite floor under the same impact velocity was compared and analyzed.On the basis of the impact test,a method to carry out simulation test research was proposed.Through the establishment of dynamic simulation models of vehicles,buffers and goods,the simulation process of comparative impact test was carried out.According to the simulation test,the impact displacement of goods under different loading conditions was obtained,the equivalent friction coefficient between the goods and wood floor,and that between the goods and composite floor could be calculated.The simulation results show that the simulation data are highly consistent with the test fitting values,the simulation method and model of impact test can provide reference for the future research and test of the friction performance of flatcar floor.
