摘　　要：钢轨作为铁路运输的关键设备,其质量的稳定性对铁路运输的安全性起到了至关重要的作用。在钢轨矫直过程中,会出现钢轨矫直断裂的问题,严重影响了钢轨质量的稳定性。对断裂钢轨取样,分析检测了钢轨的化学成分、力学性能,并采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等方法对矫直断裂钢轨的组织进行了观察分析,查找出了钢轨矫直断裂的根本原因,并提出相应的预防措施,保证了钢轨产品的安全性。As the key equipment of railway transportation,the stability of rail quality plays a vital role in the safety of railway transportation.In the process of rail straightening,the problem of rail straightening fracture occurs,which seriously affects the stability of rail quality.The fractured rail was sampled,the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the rail were analyzed and tested,and the microstructure of the straightened fractured rail was observed and analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The main reason of the rail straightening fracture was found out,and the corresponding preventive measures were proposed to ensure the safety of the rail products.
