文化视域下淠史杭精神的生成依据、基本内涵及弘扬路径研究

摘　　要：淠史杭灌区是全国三个特大型灌区之一。淠史杭精神是共产党带领江淮人民在社会主义建设时期治水用水、兴利除害的精神硕果。中华优秀传统文化和地域文化精华是淠史杭精神的文化根基,以马克思主义为核心的中国共产党政治文化是淠史杭精神的灵魂,社会主义建设时期文化建设需要是淠史杭精神的动力源泉。其精神内涵为坚定信仰、自力更生、团结奋斗、科学创新。新时代弘扬淠史杭精神,是坚定文化自信的重要实践,在具体路径上需通过立体化宣传、系统化研究、时代化发展、一体化教育等多措并举、共同发力。Pi-Shi-Hang Irrigation District is one of the three super-large irrigation districts in China.Pi-Shi-Hang spirit is the spiritual fruit of the Party's leading the people of Jianghuai River to control water and use water,promote benefits and eliminate disadvantages during the period of socialist construction and to strive for a better life for the people.The excellent traditional Chinese culture and regional culture are the cultural foundation of Pi-Shi-Hang spirit;the political culture of the Communist Party of China with Marxism as the core is the soul of Pi-Shi-Hang spiri;the cultural construction in the period of socialist construction needs to be the source of power for Pi-Shi-Hang spirit.To carry forward Pi-Shi-Hang spirit in the new era is an important practice to strengthen the“Four Confidences”.In the specific path,carrying forward the spirit need to work together through three-dimensional propaganda,systematic research,modernized development and integrated education.
