多元投入构建乡村产业振兴长效动力机制——以湖南省隆回县向家村为例

摘　　要：产业兴旺是推进农业农村现代化的基石,进入新发展阶段,产业发展要求构建新的动力机制,为乡村振兴注入“活水”。向家村作为曾经的特困村,经过多年乡村振兴的实践,建立起了政府为主导、村民集体为主体、社会力量为主力的产业发展动力机制,走出了一条可持续发展的多元融合特色之路,形成了农民、政府、社会共同发展的多赢局面。为进一步巩固脱贫攻坚成果,向家村需着重提高产业发展质量,提升脱贫成效的可持续性,进一步强化人才队伍建设工作,为实现可持续发展提供创新动力,并结合自身优势在区域一体化进程中寻找到自己的立足点。Industrial prosperity is the cornerstone of promoting agricultural and rural modernization,entering a new stage of development,industrial development requires the construction of a new dynamic mechanism to inject"living water"into rural revitalization.As a former extremely poor village,after years of rural revitalization,Xiangjia Village has established an industrial development dynamic mechanism led by the government,with the villagers as the main body and the social force as the main force,and has embarked on a road of diversified and integrated characteristics of sustainable development,forming a multi-win situation of common development of farmers,government and society.In order to further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,Xiangjia Village needs to focus on improving the quality of industrial development,enhance the sustainability of poverty alleviation results,further strengthen the construction of talent teams,provide the innovative impetus for sustainable development,and find its own foothold in the process of regional integration based on its own advantages.
