摘 要:粮食的安全储藏与机械通风技术密切相关,通风过程中各项参数的变化会直接影响粮堆的通风效果,而小麦作为中国的主要储粮品种之一,研究小麦粮堆的通风阻力特性具有重要意义。试验研究了不同通风方式下小麦粮堆阻力特性相关参数的变化情况,结果表明:小麦粮堆的单位粮层阻力、穿网阻力均与粮面表观风速呈正相关关系,且当粮面表观风速较大时,穿网阻力的增长幅度高于单位粮层阻力的增长幅度。小麦粮堆的通风均匀度与粮层厚度呈正相关,通风量对小麦粮堆的通风均匀度影响不大。The safe storage of grain is closely related to the mechanical ventilation technology during the ventilation will directly affect the ventilation effect of grain piles.As one of the main grain storage varieties in China,it is important to study the ventilation resistance characteristics of the wheat pile.The variation of the resistance characteristics of wheat pile under different ventilation modes was studied.The results showed that the resistance of unit grain layer and the resistance of net are positively correlated with the surface wind speed of the wheat pile.When the surface wind speed of wheat pile was higher,the increasing range of the resistance through the net was higher than that of the unit grain layer.The ventilation uniformity of wheat pile was positively correlated with the grain layer thickness,the ventilation volume has little influence on the ventilation uniformity of wheat pile.
