摘 要:球毛壳菌(Chaetomium globosum)ND35是分离筛选自健康毛白杨的优势植物内生真菌。本文通过测定球毛壳菌ND35处理的枸杞扦插苗侧根数量、根系活力、根系木质素含量和叶绿素含量等分析其对枸杞扦插苗根系生长发育的影响。研究结果表明,球毛壳菌ND35显著增加了枸杞扦插苗侧根数量,提高了扦插苗根系活力、根系木质素含量和叶绿素含量。同时,球毛壳菌ND35能够诱导苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和过氧化物酶(POD)等木质素关键合成酶的活性提高,促进枸杞扦插苗根系的木质化。本文研究结果将为球毛壳菌ND35在枸杞繁育、栽培生产中的开发应用提供理论依据。Chaetomium globosum strain ND35 is a dominant endophytic fungus isolated and screened from healthy Populus tomentosa.This article analyzes the effects of strain ND35 on the on the root growth and development Lycium barbarum seedlings by measuring lateral root number,root activity,root lignin content,and chlorophyll content.The research results show that strain ND35 significantly increased the number of lateral roots in L.barbarum seedlings,and improved the root activity,root lignin content,and chlorophyll content of the L.barbarum seedlings.Meanwhile,the results indicate that strain ND35 can promote the lignification of the roots of L.barbarum by inducing an increase in the activity of key lignin synthase enzymes such as phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)and peroxidase(POD).The research results will provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of strain ND35 in the breeding and cultivation of L.barbarum.
