摘　　要：鉴于累及心脏的结节病较为少见,常常不能及时诊断。本文通过报道1例以心律失常为突出表现的结节病患者的诊治经过,希望能提高对该疾病的诊治意识。Cardiac involvement of sarcoidosis is rare,which may not be diagnosed in a timely manner.In order to improve the awareness of the diagnosis and treatment for sarcoidosis with cardiac involvement,a sarcoidosis patient presented with arrhythmia as the prominent clinical manifestation was reported here.
