摘 要:基于专利许可、专利申请数据,文章采用专利检索与对比分析方法对南京市各本科院校的科技成果转化情况展开研究。结果表明:2017—2021年,高校科教优势未能得到充分发挥,部分“双一流”高校专利许可数量偏低;高校与本地企业的“产-学”合作不够紧密,高校专利的本地转化路径需要进一步畅通;高校专利成果支持新兴产业发展力度不足。针对存在的问题,文章提出了对策建议。Based on the patent licensing and application data,patent search and comparison analysis method was used to study on the condition of the commercialization of scientific and technological advances of universities in Nanjing.The results show that from 2017 to 2021,scientific and educational advantage wasn’t fully utilized as the amount of patent licensing in some“Double-first Class”universities was low.The university-industry cooperation between colleges and local companies wasn’t close enough which means the path of local transference of college patents ought to be clear;college patents insisting emerging industry wasn’t strengthened.This paper gives corresponding suggestions in view of the problems.
