摘　　要：微信公众号已经成为医学科技期刊提高学术影响力和社会影响力的重要载体及途径。随着微信公众号的信息流推送模式不断迭代,医学科技期刊若不加强微信公众号建设,阅读量可能将进一步下降。文章在对医学科技期刊微信公众号存在的问题进行梳理和总结的基础上,提出应拓展微信公众号的相关功能、实现线上线下的融合、加强医学科技期刊微信公众号内容建设、增强公众号平台设计制作的专业化程度等建议,旨在为医学科技期刊完善微信公众号建设提供参考,进而实现医学科技期刊高质量和可持续发展。WeChat official account has become an important carrier and way for medical science and technology journals to improve their academic and social influence.With the continuous iteration of the information flow push mode of the WeChat official account,if medical science and technology journals do not strengthen the construction of the WeChat official account,the reading volume may further decline.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the problems existing in the medical science and technology journals’WeChat official account,this paper proposes that we should expand the relevant functions of the official account,achieve the integration of online and offline,strengthen the content construction of the medical science and technology journals’WeChat official account,and enhance the professionalism of the design and production of the official account platform,so as to provide reference for the medical science and technology journals to improve the construction of the WeChat official account,to achieve high-quality and sustainable development of medical technology journals.
