摘  要:利用NCBI中多物种基因组信息以及多种生物软件或在线工具,对玉米CYP基因进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,共鉴定得到23个玉米CYP基因,这些基因不均衡的分布在玉米1~8号染色体上。亚细胞定位分析表明,23个ZmCYPs定位于细胞的不同部位。多物种CYP蛋白进化树将CYP家族蛋白分为9个分支,玉米与高粱中的CYP蛋白多聚类在一支。基因家族内系统进化树联合基因模式图分析表明,处于同一进化分支上的ZmCYPs基因存在基因结构相似而组织表达模式不一致的现象,说明ZmCYPs基因在玉米中功能既存在保守性也存在分歧。对玉米CYP家族蛋白进行motif分析,结合蛋白多序列比对后发现,只有部分ZmCYPs保留了完整的活性位点。启动子顺式作用元件的分析表明,ZmCYPs可能参与光响应及多种非生物胁迫信号通路。对ZmCYPs进行高光强表达谱分析发现,部分ZmCYPs基因表达在高光强环境下受到诱导,表明部分ZmCYPs可能参与玉米在高光强下的适应过程。To comprehensively resolve the CYP gene information in maize whole genome,bioinformatics analy⁃sis of the identified genes was performed by using multiple biological software or online tools for multi-species ge⁃nomic information in NCBI.The results showed that,a total of 23 maize CYP genes were identified,that were unbal⁃anced distribution on maize chromosomes 1-8.The subcellular localization analysis indicated that 23 ZmCYPs were localized to different sites of the cells.The multi-species CYP protein in evolutionary tree was divided the CYP fam⁃ily proteins into nine clades and found CYP proteins in maize were clustered with that in sorghum.The phylogenetic tree and gene pattern analysis within the gene family showed that ZmCYPs genes in the same evolutionary branch had similar gene structure but inconsistent tissue expression pattern,indicating that the function of ZmCYPs genes in maize was both conserved and diverge.Motif analysis on maize CYP family proteins showed that only part of ZmC⁃YPs retained complete active sites.After analyzing the cis-elements of the gene promoters,we found that ZmCYPs may be involved in light response and multiple abiotic stress signaling pathways.In addition,the expression analy⁃sis of ZmCYPs under high light intensity showed that some ZmCYPs gene expression was induced under high light intensity,suggesting that some ZmCYPs may be involved in the adaptation process of maize under light intensity en⁃vironment.
