摘  要:通过自交系R146与其早花期自然突变体ER146构建901个单株的F2群体,利用集群分离分析(BSA)中的欧氏距离(ED)算法与ΔSNP-index/ΔInDel-index算法,获得控制吐丝期性状基因的候选区间和位点,对候选基因进行功能注释。结果表明,通过ED值算法获得全基因组内最大的3号染色体上的ED关联区间,基于上述ED关联区间进一步通过ΔSNP-index/ΔInDel-index算法在此区间内检测出1个0.268 Mb的主效区间和19个微效位点。基因功能注释结果发现,主效区间内的1个基因和微效位点中的5个基因与玉米花期相关,此外还在主效区间发现了2个潜在的新基因。The F2 population of 901 individual plants was constructed by inbred line R146 and its natural mu⁃tant ER146 of early flowering time.Euclidean distance(ED)algorithm andΔSNP-index/ΔInDel-index algorithm in bulked segregant analysis(BSA)were employed to obtain candidate regions and loci of genes controlling the days to silking(DTS)trait,and functional annotation of the candidate genes was conducted.The results showed that ED val⁃ue algorithm was used to obtain the largest ED associated region on chromosome 3 in the whole genome.Based on the above ED associated region,a main effect region of 0.268 Mb and 19 minor effect loci were detected byΔSNPindex/ΔInDel-index algorithm.The results of gene functional annotation showed that 1 gene in the main effect re⁃gion and 5 genes in the minor effect locus were related to the flowering time of maize,and 2 potential new genes were also found in the main effect region.
