线上挂号、缴费对改善妇产科患者就医体验的效果探析

摘　　要：目的分析线上挂号、缴费对改善妇产科患者就医体验的效果。方法选取来襄阳职业技术学院附属医院妇产科传统线下就医的患者100例作为对照组,行线上挂号、缴费就医的患者100例作为观察组,比较两组患者的候诊时间、门诊就医流程的满意度、就医信任度。结果观察组患者就医候诊时间明显低于对照组,观察组对就医流程的满意度及对就医的信任度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论采用线上挂号、缴费就医模式的妇产科门诊患者,其就医时间成本低,对门诊诊疗服务流程满意度高,就医体验良好,愿意继续来医院就诊人次高,愿意引荐亲友来医院就医人次高。加强智慧门诊建设,可以为更多周边居民的健康保驾护航。Objective:To analyze the effect of online registration and payment on improving the medical experience of obstetrics and gynecology patients.Methods:100 patients with traditional offline medical treatment in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the control group,and 100 patients with online registration and payment for medical treatment were selected as the observation group.The waiting time,satisfaction with the outpatient medical process of our hospital and the degree of trust in our hospital were compared between the two groups.Results:The waiting time of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the trust of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,all p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:The outpatient patients of obstetrics and gynecology who adopt the mode of online registration and payment for medical treatment have low cost of medical treatment time,high satisfaction with the outpatient service process of our hospital,and good medical experience.The number of patients who are willing to continue to visit our hospital is higher,and the number of patients who are willing to recommend relatives and friends to our hospital for medical treatment is higher.Strengthening the construction of intelligent outpatient service in our hospital can escort the health of more surrounding residents.
