摘  要:为了协调优化农业水土资源,促进农业可持续发展,本研究选取2005-2019年31省(区、市)面板数据,在构建农业水资源承载力和耕地利用效益评价体系基础上,运用熵权TOPSIS测算两系统的耦合协调度,分析其时序和空间特征,并探索影响两系统耦合协调关系的障碍度因素。研究结果表明:(1)中国农业水资源承载力与耕地利用效益指数均呈现上升趋势,但呈现不同程度的地区差异;(2)农业水资源承载力与耕地利用效益耦合协调水平持续增强,由中度耦合向高度耦合转变;不同地区耦合协调关系在空间上呈现显著的差异;(3)耕地利用社会效益和经济效益是影响中国农业水资源承载力与耕地利用效益耦合协调度的两大障碍因素。从微观指标来说,节水灌溉面积比例、农业供水模数和人均耕地面积主要影响两个系统的耦合协调度水平。In order to coordinate and optimize agricultural water and soil resources and promote sustainable agricultural development,this paper selected the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2019,and on the basis of constructing the evaluation system of agricultural water resources carrying capacity and cultivated land use efficiency,the entropy weight TOPSIS was used to measure the coupling and coordination degrees of the two systems,of which time series and spatial characteristics were analyzed.Meanwhile,the obstacles affecting the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems were explored.The results show as follows.(1)The carrying capacity of agricultural water resources and the index of cultivated land use efficiency in China showed an upward trend,with different degrees of regional differences.(2)The coupling and coordination level of agricultural water resources carrying capacity and cultivated land use efficiency continued to increase,and the trend moved from medium coupling to high coupling.The coupling and coordination relationship between different regions showed significant differences.(3)The social and economic benefits of cultivated land utilization were the two major obstacles affecting the coupling and coordination between the carrying capacity of agricultural water resources and the cultivated land use efficiency in China.From the perspectitve of micro index,the proportion of water-saving irrigation area,agricultural water supply modulus and per capita arable land area mainly affected the coupling and coordination level of the two systems.
