摘 要:彩色甜椒是重要的蔬菜种类之一。为筛选出营养价值高、口感好、品质佳的彩色甜椒材料,以‘黄瑞祥’为对照,测定分析了56份彩色甜椒资源果实中可溶性糖、可滴定酸及Vc含量,并结合感官评分,对彩色甜椒果实品质进行综合评价。结果发现,31份彩色椒自交系材料中,可溶性糖含量为25.61~40.52 mg/g,可滴定酸含量为0.17%~0.36%,Vc含量为154.52~212.86 mg/100 g,11个彩椒不育系果实的可溶性糖含量为27.99~39.30 mg/g,可滴定酸含量为0.19%~0.29%,Vc含量为158.45~209.21 mg/100 g,选配的14个甜椒杂交组合中,果实可溶性糖含量为30.65~43.94 mg/g,可滴定酸含量为0.15%~0.28%,Vc含量为172.37~216.40 mg/100 g。计算56份彩色甜椒材料的可溶性糖、可滴定酸、Vc等3项品质指标的平均隶属函数值,并结合感官评分综合评价彩色甜椒果实品质。结果表明,12份甜椒材料(TW48123-4-2-3-6、MD-1-4-1-1、JY4-2-3-3-1、TXH-7-2-1-1和CLY19-8-1-13-1等5份自交系材料,AB91-HTJ412、AB91-HLD163和AB91-FZ174等3份不育系材料,AB91-HTJ412×MD-1-4-1-1、AB91-HTJ412×TW48123-4-2-3-6、AB91-HLD163×CLY19-8-1-13-1、AB91-FZ174×TXH-7-2-1-1等4个F1杂交组合)的果实品质优良,可作为选育国产优质彩椒新品种亲本来源。Sweet pepper is one of the important vegetables.In order to screen out high-quality breeding materials of sweet pepper,56 sweet pepper germplasms were used as the experimental materials in this study.With‘Huangruixiang’as the control,comprehensive evaluations on the fruit quality of the test materials were performed based on the the contents of soluble sugar,organic acid and Vc in the fresh fruits together with the sensory scores.The results showed that among the 31 colorful bell pepper inbred lines,the soluble sugar contents varied from 25.61 to 40.52 mg/g,the organic acid contents were in the range of 0.17%and 0.36%,and the Vc contents were between 154.52 and 212.86 mg/100 g.The soluble sugar contents of 11 colorful bell pepper sterile lines were in the range of 27.99 and 39.30 mg/g,the organic acid contents varied from 0.19%to 0.29%,and the Vc contents were between 158.45 and 209.21 mg/100 g.The soluble sugar contents of 14 selected sweet pepper hybrid combinations varied from 30.65 to 43.94 mg/g,the organic acids were between 0.15%and 0.28%,and the Vc contents ranged from 172.37 to 216.40 mg/100 g.The average membership function values of the three quality indicators including soluble sugar,organic acid,and Vc were calculated for the 56 colorful bell pepper materials,and fruit quality was comprehensively evaluated in combination with the sensory score.The results showed that 12 bell pepper materials(5 inbred line materials including TW48123-4-2-3-6,MD-1-4-1-1,JY4-2-3-3-1,TXH-7-2-1-1,and CLY19-8-1-13-1,3 sterile line materials including AB91-HTJ412,AB91-HLD163,and AB91-FZ174,and 4 hybrid combinations including AB91-HTJ412×MD-1-4-1-1,AB91-HTJ412×TW48123-4-2-3-6,AB91-HLD163×CLY19-8-1-13-1,and AB91-FZ174×TXH-7-2-1-1)had good fruit quality and could be used as the sources of parents for breeding new varieties of high-quality colorful bell peppers.
