摘 要:发掘耐盐性蔬菜作物、合理开发和有效利用盐渍化土壤,是目前设施蔬菜研究的重要课题。为揭示海水胁迫对辣椒生长发育的影响,本研究利用线性回归拟合和水盐生产函数模型,对不同海水浓度处理下辣椒的相对产量、品质、耗水量、土壤含盐量进行分析,以期为探究海水灌溉对辣椒栽培的可行性提供参考依据。结果发现,5%海水浓度灌溉条件下,辣椒产量和可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸含量以及品质综合指数均达到最大值;线性拟合结果表明,辣椒耗水量和土壤电导率与海水浓度的回归系数分别为-0.2048和0.2739,说明随着海水浓度的增加,辣椒耗水量呈现减少趋势,土壤电导率呈现增加趋势,土壤含盐量和辣椒耗水量呈反比的关系;辣椒相对产量与土壤含盐量之间的回归系数和截距分别为-9.51和7.38,说明土壤盐分含量的增加可以显著降低辣椒的相对产量,但5%海水浓度下,辣椒的相对产量略有增加,说明轻微的水盐胁迫可能对辣椒产量具有一定的促进作用。该研究为辣椒的耐盐性研究和海水资源利用提供了相关理论依据,同时为沿海地区设施辣椒的栽培和种植提供了参考。Exploring salt-tolerant vegetables,rational development and effective utilization of salinized soil are the important topics in the field of protected cultivation.In order to reveal the influence of seawater stress on the growth and development of pepper and provide a theoretical basis for exploring the feasibility of seawater irrigation in pepper cultivation,yield and quality of pepper cultivated under seawater treatment with different concentrations were investigated in this study.Linear regression fitting and water-salt production function model were used to analyze the relative yield,water consumption and soil salt content of pepper cultivated under different seawater concentrations.The results showed that under the condition of 5%seawater concentration,the yield,soluble sugar,soluble protein,free amino acid content and quality index of pepper reached the highest.The linear fitting results showed that the regression coefficients of pepper water consumption and soil conductivity with seawater concentration were-20.4750 and 0.2739,respectively,indicating that with the increase of seawater concentration,pepper water consumption showed a decreasing trend,soil conductivity showed an increasing trend,and soil salt content and pepper water consumption showed an inverse relationship.The regression coefficient and intercept between the relative yield of pepper and soil salt content were-9.51 and 7.38,respectively,indicating that the relative yield of pepper could be significantly reduced with the increase of soil salt content.But the relative yield of pepper increased slightly at 5%seawater concentration,indicating that slight water and salt stress may have a certain promotion effect on pepper yield.This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the study of pepper salt tolerance and utilization of seawater resources,but also offers a reference for the cultivation and planting of pepper in coastal areas.
