智能电网分层能量平衡控制方法设计

摘  要:为降低智能电网供能不足率以及电网电压波动幅值,提出智能电网分层能量平衡控制方法。根据智能电网物理特性建立数学模型,以描述智能电网能量状态。然后,对智能电网采取双层能量平衡控制策略,通过建立目标函数和约束条件,实现上层能量管理,下层则利用控制器对电网储能进行协调控制。实验表明,在应用该方法后,智能电网供能不足率保持在5%以内,电压波动范围幅值在0.1 kV以内,说明该方法可以提高智能电网的能量平衡性。In order to reduce the energy shortage rate of the smart grid and the amplitude of the grid voltage fluctuation,a hierarchical energy balance control method for the smart grid is proposed.A mathematical model is established according to the physical characteristics of the smart grid to describe the energy state of the smart grid.Then,a two-layer energy balance control strategy is adopted for the smart grid,and the upper-layer energy management is realized by establishing the objective function and constraints,and the lower-layer controller is used to coordinate the control of the grid energy storage.Experiments show that after applying this method,the energy shortage rate of the smart grid is kept within 5%,and the amplitude of the voltage fluctuation range is within 0.1 kV,indicating that this method can improve the energy balance of the smart grid.
