摘　　要：目前,具有三防特性的防爆手机,凭借出色的防水、防尘、防摔特性,克服了普通手机难以胜任的极端恶劣环境,在石油化工企业安全生产以及数字化、智能化升级中扮演着重要角色。然而,一些手机采用的是将保护套主体直接套设在手机安装壳表面,依靠保护套主体自身的弹性实现保护的方法。此种防护结构原生朴素,需要精益求精地进行优化。可以通过优化防护结构升级防护性能,从而让三防手机在更加恶劣的环境中发挥更加高能的效果,在紧急时刻,保障生产进度安全、稳定地推进,保障应急指挥有序、高效地开展。At present,explosion-proof mobile phones with three anti characteristics,with excellent waterproof,dustproof,anti-fall characteristics,overcome the ordinary mobile phones are unable to do the extreme harsh environment,in the petrochemical industry safety production and digital,intelligent upgrade plays an important role.However,some mobile phones use the main body of the protective case directly set on the surface of the mobile phone mounting case,relying on the elasticity of the main body of the protective case to achieve protection.This kind of protective structure is primitive and simple,and needs to be optimized for perfection.By optimizing the protection structure and upgrading the protection performance,the three-defense mobile phone can play a more energetic effect in a more severe environment.In an emergency,the production schedule can be promoted safely and stably,and the emergency command can be carried out orderly and efficiently.
