摘　　要：仪器设备档案是仪器设备从采购、安装、调试、检定、使用、维修、保养、报废等各个环节中收集整理所形成的成套且完整的具有利用和保存价值的原始资料,分析仪器设备档案的特点及其主要问题和解决对策意义重大。Instrument and equipment archives are complete sets of original materials with utilization and preservation value that are collected and sorted out from various links such as procurement,installation,commissioning,verification,use,repair,maintenance and scrapping of instruments and equipment.This paper mainly expounds the characteristics,main problems and solutions of instrument and equipment archives.
