摘　　要：物流行业作为现代经济的重要组成部分,对物流管理人才的需求正在不断增加。然而,传统的高校物流管理专业教育存在知识传授偏重、实践能力培养不足等问题,难以培养创新型人才来满足行业的需求。因此,开展基于人才创新培养的教学改革,提升学生的实践能力、创新意识和团队合作能力,对于提高物流管理专业教育的质量和水平具有重要意义。文章主要探讨了基于人才创新培养的高校物流管理专业教学改革方法,旨在培养具备创新思维和实践能力的物流管理人才,以适应物流行业的需求,从而推动我国物流产业的可持续发展。The logistics industry,as an important component of the modern economy,has an increasing demand for logistics management talents.However,there are some problems in the traditional logistics management education in colleges and universities,such as emphasis on knowledge imparting and lack of practical ability training,which makes it difficult to cultivate innovative talents to meet the needs of the industry.Therefore,it is of great signif icance to improve the quality and level of logistics management education to carry out teaching reform based on talent innovation training and enhance students'practical ability,innovation consciousness and teamwork ability.The purpose of this paper is to explore the teaching reform method of logistics management major in colleges and universities based on talent innovation training.These methods aim to train logistics management personnel with innovative thinking and practical ability,so as to adapt to the needs of the logistics industry and promote the sustainable development of the logistics industry in China.
