摘 要:某塔楼为结构高度167.2 m的框架-核心筒结构,同时存在扭转不规则、局部穿层柱2项不规则项,属B级高度的超限高层建筑。对该塔楼结构进行了小震弹性分析、中震等效弹性分析及大震动力弹塑性分析,结果表明计算的各项指标均满足规范的要求。通过风荷载分析明确可采用规范风荷载进行设计,风振舒适度满足规范要求。屈曲分析表明穿层柱具有良好的稳定性,且中震作用下处于弹性受力状态。结合结构超限情况,采取了针对性的加强措施,进一步提高了结构的承载力及延性,结构可达到预期的C级抗震性能目标。A certain tower is a frame-core tube structure with a structural height of 167.2 m,and there are two irregular items:torsional irregularity and columns through floors.It belongs to a B-level high-rise building with a height exceeding the limit.The theoretical calculations of small earthquake elastic analysis,medium earthquake equivalent elastic analysis,and large earthquake dynamic elastic-plastic analysis all meet the requirements of the specifications.Through wind load analysis,it is clear that standard wind loads can be used for design,and the wind vibration comfort can meet the requirements of the specifications.Buckling analysis shows that the columns through floors has good stability and is in an elastic state under moderate earthquake action.By taking reinforcement measures for exceeding the limit and further improving the bearing capacity and ductility of the structure,the structure can achieve the expected C-level seismic performance target.
