Critical construction technologies of Long Beach Sightseeing Wind Tower in Shanghai city

摘　　要：以上海长滩观光风塔项目为例,简述了该工程项目的基本情况,为适应核心筒墙体变化、避免受力不均对塔身结构造成损害、解决板块间不共面的问题,提出了核心筒施工采用液压整体提升钢平台工艺,幕墙网壳钢结构采用分段拼装整体累积液压提升悬挂安装施工工艺,曲面三向斜交网格体系玻璃幕墙安装采用环轨吊施工等关键技术,实践证明,这些施工工艺均达到了显著的示范效应。Taking Long Beach Sightseeing Wind Tower project in Shanghai city as an example,the paper introduces the basic project conditions.In order to adapt to core cylinder wall changing,to avoid tower structure damage owing to the uneven stress,and to solve the non-coplanar problems between the plates,it puts forward various construction technologies including overall hydraulic lifting the steel platform technology applied in core cylinder construction process,and the ring rail crane construction technology used in glass curtain wall of the three-way diagonal intersection grid system.Practice has proved that these construction processes have achieved significant demonstration effect.
