摘 要:为了研究微珠掺量(0%,5%,10%,15%,20%)对EPS混凝土工作性能以及力学性能的影响,制备了5组EPS混凝土试件并对其进行了力学性能测试和工作性能测试,利用坍落度、扩展度以及抗压强度等宏观指标来表征EPS混凝土的工作性能和力学性能,采用扫描电镜对EPS混凝土的微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:微珠的加入能明显提升EPS混凝土的工作性能和力学性能,EPS混凝土强度增长率达到50%以上;在EPS混凝土中微珠的较优掺量为胶凝材料的10%;扫描电镜试验结果显示掺有微珠的EPS混凝土结构更为致密。In order to study the effect of micro bead content(0%,5%,10%,15%,20%)on the workability and mechanical properties of EPS concrete,five sets of EPS concrete specimens were prepared,and the mechanical and working performance tests was conducted.In this study,using macroscopic indicators such as slump,expansion and mechanical to characterize the workability and mechanical properties of EPS concrete;the microstructure of EPS concrete was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The results indicate that:the addition of microspheres can significantly improve the workability and mechanical properties of EPS concrete,EPS concrete strength growth rate reaches over 50%;the optimal content of micro beads in EPS concrete is 10%of the cementitious material,and the scanning electron microscope test results show that the EPS concrete structure with micro beads is more dense.
