摘　　要：消防给水系统是保护建筑消防安全的重要设施,作为消防给水系统的心脏,消防水泵房一旦存在质量问题,将会影响消防供水的可靠性,直接降低消防给水系统的安全。但是在项目的设计审查和验收过程中,经常发现一些通病类质量问题,通过将这些问题进行整理,按照设计、施工的不同阶段进行分类,并对这些问题进行分析,剖析问题的出现原因,寻找问题的解决办法,以杜绝此类质量问题在其他工程中继续出现,保障消防水泵房供水的可靠性,确保建筑物的消防安全。The fire water supply system is an important facility for protecting the fire safety of buildings.As the heart of the fire water supply system,once there are quality issues in the fire water pump room,it will affect the reliability of the fire water supply and directly reduce the safety of the fire water supply system.However,during the design review and acceptance process of projects,common quality problems are often found.By organizing these problems and categorizing them according to different stages of design and construction,and analyzing these problems,analyzing the causes of the problems and finding solutions to them,we can prevent such quality problems from continuing to occur in other projects and ensure the reliability of the water supply to the fire pump room,ensure fire safety of buildings.
