奶牛乳房炎与产犊胎次的关系及预防管理方式的探讨

摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省九三农垦麒源养殖专业合作社的DHI数据进行分析,探讨奶牛乳房炎与产犊胎次的关系。统计分析结果表明,胎次与奶牛体细胞评分的相关系数为0.990,两者呈极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01)。第1~6胎的乳房炎发病率分别为9.70%、20.00%、27.60%、32.86%、33.33%、50.00%,随着胎次不断增加,每个胎次奶牛的体细胞评分平均分也相应增加。对各胎次进行多重比较发现,前三胎体细胞评分差异不显著(P>0.05);前三胎与后三胎的体细胞评分差异显著(P<0.05);第四胎与第五胎、第六胎的SCS差异显著(P<0.05);第五胎与第六胎的SCS差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过试验结果,建议规模化养殖牛场利用奶牛体细胞数与体细胞评分等数据对饲养奶牛进行科学化管理,减少因奶牛患乳房炎造成的经济损失。The relationship between cow mastitis and calving parity was investigated by analyzing the DHI data of Jiusan Agricultural Qiyuan Breeding Professional Cooperative in Heilongjiang province.The statistical analysis results showed that the correlation coefficient between parity and somatic cell score was 0.990,which was significantly positive(P<0.01).The incidence rates of mastitis from 1st to 6 th parities were 9.70%,20.00%,27.60%,32.86%,33.33%and 50.00%,respectively.Meanwhile,with the increase of parities,the average score of somatic cells in each parities also increased correspondingly.There was no significant difference in somatic score of the first three fetuses(P>0.05).The somatic cell score of the first three fetus was significantly different from that of the last three fetus(P<0.05).SCS of the fourth fetus was significantly different from that of the fifth and sixth fetus(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SCS between the fifth fetus and the sixth fetus(P>0.05).According to the results of this experiment,it is suggested that large-scale cattle farms should use the data of cow somatic cell count and somatic cell score to carry out scientific management of dairy cows and reduce the economic loss caused by cow mastitis.
