摘  要:本文通过对一种中板轧机推床进行改造,分析了推床工况,将原有的液压驱动,机械齿轮传动实现推杆直线运动的方式,改为采用液压缸直接驱动推杆。利旧现有的下箱体及底座,保持两侧布置。改造后结构简单,降低了故障率和维修成本,提高了生产效率。The transformation of a medium plate rolling mill pusher was carried out,and the working conditions of the pusher were analyzed,the linear motion of the push rod by the original hydraulic drive and mechanical gear transmission was transformed by hydraulic cylinder to directly drive the push rod.The existing lower box and base are used and maintain the layout on both sides.After the transformation,the structure is simple,the failure rate and maintenance costs are reduced and production efficiency is improved.
