摘 要:目的分析住院医师接受缓和医疗教学对提高其医学技能所发挥的作用。方法将70名2021年1—4月在南京医科大学附属江宁医院全科医学科进行住院医师培训的住培医师通过单双号随机分组法分成对照组(n=35)和试验组(n=35)。对照组全科住培医师接受全科住培,试验组住培医师接受缓和医疗第二课堂教学。对比两组全科住培医师理论知识掌握情况、人文医学技能以及两组教学效果。结果试验组全科住培医师缓和医疗理论知识掌握程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组全科住培医师人文医学技能各项目评分与总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组全科住培医师教学效果明显优对照组且住培医师对参加缓和医疗第二课堂培训的意愿更加强烈,两组教学效果差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论全科住培医师接受缓和医疗教学能够丰富使其对缓和医疗知识,同时还能够提高其医学技能,缓和医疗教学效果明显优于单纯全科住培医师规范化培训。Objective To analyze the effect of palliative care teaching on improving medical skills of residents.Methods A total of 70 residents trained as residents in the general medicine department of the Affiliated Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to April 2021 were randomly divided into the control group(n=35)and the test group(n=35)by the single and double number random grouping method.General practice residential training was applied to the general practice residential training doctors in the control group,and the second classroom teaching of palliative care was applied to the residential training doctors in the experimental group.The theoretical knowledge,humanistic medical skills and teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The mastery of the theoretical knowledge of palliative care of the general practitioners in the test group was significantly higher than that of the general practitioners in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of humanistic medical skills of general practitioners in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the general practitioners in the test group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the residents in the control group were more willing to participate in the second classroom training of palliative medicine.There was a statistically significant difference in the teaching effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching of palliative care for general practitioners can enrich their knowledge of palliative care and improve their medical skills.The effect of palliative care teaching is obviously better than that of standardized training for general practitioners.
