摘 要:咳嗽是一种复杂的神经生理反射。咳嗽感受器以受体和离子通道的形式位于气道感觉神经末梢,在受到刺激后产生信号,经迷走神经传入脑干咳嗽中枢,再经传出神经活化相应肌群产生咳嗽。因而,将咳嗽感受器作为咳嗽治疗靶点成为镇咳新药研发的热点。本文介绍了目前咳嗽治疗的靶点以及镇咳新药研发的进展,以期为镇咳新药的研发提供参考。Cough is a complex neurophysiological reflex.Cough receptors are located in the airway sensory nerve endings in the form of receptors and ion channels.After being stimulated,they generate signals that are transmitted to the cough center of the brainstem through the vagus nerve,and then the corresponding muscle group is activated by the efferent nerve to produce cough.Using cough receptors as the targets for the treatment of cough has a bright future.This article introduces the current potential targets for the treatment of cough and the development of new antitussive drugs,hoping to provide reference for the development of antitussive drugs.
