摘  要:与毒品有关的违法犯罪事件是我国公安机关的重点打击对象之一,由吸毒导致的交通事故、性犯罪及其他犯罪行为严重危害着社会公共安全。因此,毒品快速检测在临床诊断、现场犯罪调查、公共场所安全检查以及道路检查方面变得越来越重要。本文综述了利用表面增强拉曼光谱、电化学检测法、比色检测法和荧光检测法对阿片类、古柯类、大麻类及苯丙胺类等最常见的毒品进行快速实时诊断的研究现状,讨论了这些技术在快速检测毒品中的优势和劣势,并展望了其未来发展方向。Drug-related crimes are one of the key targets of China’s public security organs.Traffic accidents,sexual crimes and other crimes caused by drug abuse seriously endanger social and public security.Therefore,rapid drug detection is becoming more and more important in clinical diagnosis,on-the-spot crime investigation,safety inspection in public places and road inspection.In this paper,the research status of rapid real-time diagnosis of the most common drugs such as opioids,coca,cannabis and amphetamine by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,electrochemical detection,colorimetric detection and fluorescence detection is reviewed.the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques in rapid detection of drugs are discussed,and their future development direction is prospected.
