黛力新治疗慢性心力衰竭伴心理障碍患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究黛力新对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)伴心理障碍患者心功能以及预后的影响。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年5月本院收治的CHF伴焦虑抑郁症状的患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组予以常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以黛力新治疗,比较两组治疗前后心功能、血清指标、心理状况及预后。结果:治疗后3周,两组SV、CO以及EF高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组BNP、hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组SAS、SDS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组LVEF下降、心功能分级恶化以及再次住院发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黛力新在改善CHF患者焦虑抑郁症状的同时,可降低血清BNP以及hs-CRP水平,改善患者心功能并促进预后。Objective:To investigate the effect of deanxin on cardiac function and prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)complicated with psychological disorders.Methods:A total of 90 CHF patients with anxiety and depression symptoms admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment,and the observation group was given delisin treatment on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function,serum indexes,psychological status and prognosis of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:At 3 weeks after treatment,SV,CO and EF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BNP and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the incidence of LVEF decline,cardiac function grade deterioration and re-hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Delanxin can not only improve anxiety and depression symptoms in CHF patients,but also reduce serum BNP and hs-CRP levels,improve cardiac function and promote prognosis.
