摘 要:目的:分析静脉输注药物不良反应影响因素,并提出护理干预措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的88例静脉输注药物治疗者临床资料,根据是否发生不良反应将患者分为不良反应组和无不良反应组。采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析影响药物静脉输注不良反应发生的主要因素。结果:药物静脉输注不良反应发生率为22.7%;单因素分析显示,不良反应组患者药物输注速度过快率、空腹输注率、负面情绪、无菌操作不当、输注药物剂量过多发生率高于无不良反应组(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,药物输注速度过快、空腹输注、负面情绪、无菌操作不当、输注药物剂量过多均属于不良反应发生的主要因素。结论:药物静脉输注不良反应的影响因素较多,对此,临床应加强对高危患者的护理管理,规范日常行为与用药,保证患者药物输注的安全性。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of adverse reactions of intravenous infusion drugs and put forward nursing intervention measures.Methods:The clinical data of 88 patients treated with intravenous infusion drugs in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into adverse reaction group and non-adverse reaction group according to whether adverse reactions occurred.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the main factors affecting the occurrence of adverse reactions of drug intravenous infusion.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions of intravenous infusion was 22.7%.Univariate analysis showed that the incidence of excessive drug infusion rate,fasting infusion rate,negative emotion,improper aseptic operation and excessive infusion dose in the adverse reaction group were higher than those in the non-adverse reaction group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that too fast drug infusion speed,fasting infusion,negative emotions,improper aseptic operation and excessive infusion of drug dose were the main factors of adverse reactions.Conclusion:There are many main factors that can affect the adverse reactions of patients in the treatment of intravenous infusion drugs.In this regard,clinical nursing management of high-risk patients should be strengthened,daily behavior and medication should be standardized to ensure the safety of drug infusion in patients.
