老年肥胖高血压患者药物使用现状及服药依从性情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析老年肥胖高血压患者药物使用现状及服药依从性情况。方法:选取2022年6月—12月就诊于本院的老年肥胖高血压患者120例作为研究对象,调查与记录所有患者的药物使用现状、服药依从性,并采用单因素、多因素、相关性分析老年肥胖高血压患者服药依从性的影响因素。结果:120例患者平均每日服药次数为(1.47±0.24)次,平均每日服药种类(2.10±0.24)种。服药依从优秀78例、良好32例、差10例,服药依从性为91.7%。单因素分析显示,不同婚姻状况、居住方式、医疗保险、文化程度、平均每日服药次数、平均每日服药种类患者的服药依从性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman分析显示,老年肥胖高血压患者的婚姻状况、居住方式、医疗保险、文化程度、平均每日服药次数、平均每日服药种类与服药依从性存在相关性(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,婚姻状况、居住方式、医疗保险、文化程度、平均每日服药次数、平均每日服药种类为影响老年肥胖高血压患者服药依从性的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年肥胖高血压患者的药物使用类型与次数多样化,服药依从性有待提高,婚姻状况、居住方式、医疗保险、文化程度、平均每日服药次数、平均每日服药种类为影响老年肥胖高血压患者服药依从性的重要因素,要积极加强对症性管理干预。Objective:To analyze the drug use status and medication compliance of elderly obese hypertensive patients.Methods:A total of 120 elderly obese patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The current status of drug use and medication compliance of all patients were investigated and recorded.Univariate,multivariate and correlation analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of medication compliance in elderly obese patients with hypertension.Results:The average daily medication frequency of 120 patients was(1.47±0.24)times,and the average daily medication type was(2.10±0.24).The medication compliance was excellent in 78 cases,good in 32 cases and poor in 10 cases,and the medication compliance was 91.7%.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in medication compliance among patients with different marital status,living style,medical insurance,education level,average daily medication frequency and average daily medication type(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that marital status,living style,medical insurance,education level,average daily medication frequency,average daily medication type were correlated with medication compliance in elderly obese hypertensive patients(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that marital status,living style,medical insurance,education level,average daily medication frequency and average daily medication type were important factors affecting the medication compliance of elderly obese hypertensive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The types and frequency of drug use in elderly obese patients with hypertension are diversified,and the medication compliance needs to be improved.Marital status,living style,medical insurance,education level,average daily medication frequency and average daily medication type are important factors affecting the medication compliance of elderly obese patients with hypertension.
