复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压的疗效及对血糖代谢水平、BPV的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月我院收治的70例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组给予复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组血压变异性参数、临床效果和血糖代谢水平以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组24h舒张压变异、24h收缩压变异、平均舒张压、平均收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05);两组治疗前后FBG、2hBG、HbA1C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.57%,与对照组的5.71%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压的效果确切,可改善血压状况,且不会影响血糖代谢水平,具有一定的安全性。Objective:To probe into the efficacy of compound reserpine triamterene tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in treatment of essential hypertension and its effects on blood glucose metabolism and BPV.Methods:A total of 70 patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35)by random number table method.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the observation group was treated with compound reserpine triamterene tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets.The blood pressure variability parameters,clinical effect,blood glucose metabolism level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The 24 h diastolic blood pressure variation,24 h systolic blood pressure variation,average diastolic blood pressure and average systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14% in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of FBG,2hBG and HbA1C between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of the disease was 8.57%,which was compared with 5.71%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound reserpine triamterene tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension,which can improve blood pressure,and will not affect the level of blood glucose metabolism,with certain safety.
