熊去氧胆酸联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究熊去氧胆酸联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的效果及对肝脏功能及羊水污染的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月本院收治的ICP患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组行熊去氧胆酸治疗,观察组则予以熊去氧胆酸联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,比较两组治疗前后肝功能指标、炎症因子、瘙痒评分及妊娠结局。结果:观察组TBA、AST、ALT、PLTP、IL-12、IL-18以及瘙痒评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产、早产以及羊水污染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:熊去氧胆酸联合腺苷蛋氨酸可调节ICP患者的肝功能水平,减轻炎症反应,降低羊水污染发生率,并改善妊娠结局。Objective:To investigate the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosine methionine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)and its effect on liver function and amniotic fluid pollution.Methods:A total of 78 patients with ICP admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid,and the observation group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosine methionine.The liver function indexes,inflammatory factors,pruritus score and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:TBA,AST,ALT,PLTP,IL-12,IL-18 and pruritus scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of cesarean section,premature delivery and amniotic fluid pollution in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosine methionine can regulate the liver function of ICP patients,reduce inflammatory response,reduce the incidence of amniotic fluid pollution,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
